It has a rich aroma of pineapple, guava, and citrus fruits, along with a hint of spice from the wood barrels. It has a fresh yet concentrated flavor. It's well-balanced and has a long finish. It can be enjoyed young or aged for up to five years.

Winemaking: 40% of the vineyard consists of old vines. Most grapes are hand-picked at optimum ripeness, although some are harvested earlier depending on the vintage to enhance freshness. Destemmed, crushed, and gently pressed after 4 hours of skin contact. Early-harvested grapes are pressed whole bunches. After an overnight rest, natural fermentation takes place at low temperatures. 50% is aged in oak barrels, but transferred to tanks immediately after fermentation and blended. Aged on the lees for 2 months.
