Winemaking: Grapes were hand-picked earlier than usual to maintain freshness and achieve a lighter style. Crushed and destemmed, followed by six hours of skin contact. Soft pressing and overnight aging. Cold fermentation preserves the fruit, allowing the wine to stabilize after blending before bottling.
