Cueva del Viento, Alto Las Rocas, Tempranillo Syrah

Deep ruby red in color. Aromas reminiscent of red fruits such as ripe berries and wild berries. Fruity in character with a pleasant, well-balanced texture, making for an easy-drinking wine. The finish carries on with notes of red fruit and licorice.

Winemaking method: The vineyards are located at 650-700m above sea level on chalk and limestone soils. Tempranillo is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days. Syrah is fermented using rotary stainless steel fermentation tanks, macerated at 26°C for 10-15 days. Lightly clarified, cold-stabilized, filtered, and bottled.
